Guest Demonstration

Upon returning from Paris to Tokyo, Taihei Nakamura brought home a box of chocolates for his 6 year old daughter, Yuki. On that day Chocolatier Nakamura’s passion for chocolates was born.

After several years in Canada exploring her passion, as an adult she completed her formal training at Savour Chocolate and Patisserie School in Melbourne. Then  Yuki moved to WA and took a position in the kitchen of Choux Cafe in Swanbourne.

Yuki continued to practice and study, honing her skills, designs and recipes. She treated friends and family to her unique luscious fillings set in exquisitely crafted chocolates.

It wasn’t until her move to Australia that she decided to share her chocolates with all, opening Nakamura Chocolates. She is now treating our clients to her magic in a Guest Presenter Class in our kitchen.

Sit back, relax and watch in awe. And if you like, learn beside Yuki as, with her elegant and gracious manner, she guides you in the necessary skills. Her wish is that you take home the know-how to craft chocolates in your own kitchen to enjoy with your loved ones.

Included in this class

Demonstration of exquisite chocolate making skills.

Opportunity for hands on practice during class in many stages of the chocolate making process. Take part in as much or as little as you like.

Take home your own assorted box of hand crafted chocolates including dipped chocolates with decorations, truffles and shelled chocolates.

Fresh coffee and fine teas served with our favourite Mocha Cake to enjoy for morning tea.
