We’ll assist you to achieve skills that, with practice, will speed up food preparation in your kitchen. You get to chop, dice, slice and eat and we’ll clean up!
During this class
When Essential Knife Skills is scheduled on a Saturday morning, AMS Sharpening will be outside the school.
Tony can expertly sharpen your knives from $5.50 per knife. Anyone welcome, bookings not necessary.
NOTE: If you plan on bringing your knives, please check with us Tony is here just in case of illness or extreme weather (he works in a little blue van so if too hot, he will not be here)
