NEW CLASS

The first Friday every month will be time to meet up with friends in our kitchen.
Let us spoil you…we’ll do the cooking!

Friday Lunch Club
NEW CLASS

Demonstration

Tracey and Bryonie invite you to join them at the Friday Lunch Club. These demonstration style classes will be held throughout the year on the first Friday of every month*. We’d love you to come along and relax, while we cook you lunch.

Long table lunching in our comfortable kitchen is a firm favourite of keen cooks, current and new.

November 2018  –  at this lunch we are joined by special guests Charlie and Coleen Roberts owner of Charcol Springs Pastured Eggs in Manjimup.

Visiting Charcol Springs was one of the highlights of our Food Tour to Southern Forests earlier this year. Coleen has a very special family, they run a very special farm with extremely special eggs produced from extremely happy chooks! You’ll love hearing about and seeing how these chickens live, roaming the paddocks. Pastured eggs from content chickens who are free to roam are the best! Truly.

Tracey and Bryonie will cook you a delicious fresh lunch in class which will include

Twice Baked Cheese Souffle

Picnic Scotch Eggs with 2 minute Aioli Mayonnaise

Baby Spinach, Crisp Pancetta, Toasted Pepita and Oven Roasted Tomato Salad

Strawberry Hazelnut Mascarpone Meringue Cake

We want to give you, our clients, new ideas on a regular basis. These occasions provide inspiration along with conversation for nourishing dishes for good home cooking.

‘What’s for dinner?’ is an often heard question. It’s a dream to be able to give you recipes that you’ll go back to many a time and never again be lost for ideas.

I have a beautiful library of my own recipes (lots in my head and some on paper) that I cook for family and friends. The Friday Lunch Club is where I’ll share this treasure trove with you. You’ll discover what I’m cooking at home for my family and when friends come for dinner!

Each month we’ll use seasonal produce in new recipe ideas that are exclusive to this class. Buying the best that’s available in spring, summer, autumn and winter means your body will receive the nourishment it needs – naturally. We’ll invite occasional guests into our kitchen for you to learn from and each month the class content will be relevant to time of year. This way you’ll get to try a broad variety of produce and we’ll search out fruit and vegetables that are readily available as well as items that have a short season.

It’s always fun and educational. A complimentary glass of bubbly on arrival will be offered as a welcome gesture. We look forward to your company.

*FLC is not held if the first Friday in the month falls during school holidays.
