Kristen’s business started out commercially making raw and healthy sweets, which she supplied to various cafe’s around the Fremantle area. She now teaches people how to make the sweet treats, as well as other gluten, dairy and refined sugar free food, which nourish the body and taste fantastic.
Whether you have an intolerance or an allergy or are just intrigued, this class is a must to maintain health and feel good through what you eat.
To ensure we can deliver maximum information on eating healthy, nutritious and delicious wholefoods this class is DEMONSTRATION style. There are occasional opportunities to assist Kristen during the class but this is not a hands-on style class.
