Cooking with wholefoods is the easiest way to keep your body, gut and mind in tip-top condition. Feed yourself and family fresh foods full of goodness.

Banish unhealthy additives from your everyday diet. In this class we teach you super-tasty fresh recipe ideas. Food is your fuel so nourish yourself with ‘premium’ produce.

In her own life, Kristen Pavez creates delicious food without processed refined ingredients such as white flour and white sugar.

Her business started out commercially making raw and healthy sweets, which she supplied to various cafe’s around the Fremantle area. She now teaches people how to make the sweet treats, as well as other gluten, dairy and refined sugar free food, which nourish the body and taste fantastic. She is extremely passionate about living a balanced lifestyle and eating whole foods. Kristen is looking forward to sharing her knowledge and passion with you.

As part of our healthy choice group of classes this class is a must to maintain health and feel good through what you eat.

To ensure we can deliver maximum information on eating healthy, nutritious and delicious wholefoods this class is DEMONSTRATION style. There are occasional opportunities to assist Kristen during the class but this is not a hands-on style class.

This demonstration style class includes

Nourishing Savoury Almond, Zucchini and Carrot Vegetable Bread, toasted golden brown

Activated Cashew and Beetroot Cheese

Buckwheat Noodle Raw Vegetable Salad with Tempeh

Korean Fermented Kimchi

Coconut Vanilla Bean Mango Panna Cotta
