Her business Healthful Treats started out commercially making raw and healthy sweets, which she supplied to various cafe’s around the Fremantle area. She now teaches people how to make the sweet treats, as well as other gluten, dairy and refined sugar free food, which nourish the body and taste fantastic. She is extremely passionate about living a balanced lifestyle and eating whole foods. Kristen is looking forward to sharing her knowledge and passion with you.
