Hayley Cotterell

Hayley started her Matters of Taste career at 11 years old laminating recipes for class participants after school. Now, a number of years later, she is happy to be still involved as our part-time administrative assistant.

A strong interest in wellbeing and the science behind how food can nourish our bodies, Hayley is happily studying Nutrition at Curtin University. She hopes to become a sports nutritionist and one day collaborate with Matters of Taste in lots of fun nutrition-based projects!

She’s excited to see how the current increase in awareness and interest in health through food flourishes. You’ll speak to Hayley if you call the school as one of her responsibilities is Director of First Impressions; she answers the phone (and very helpful she is too).
