Demonstration

Tracey and Bryonie invite you to join them at the Friday Lunch Club. These demonstration style classes will be held throughout the year on the first Friday of every month*. We’d love you to come along and relax, while we cook you lunch.

Long table lunching in our comfortable sparkly kitchen is a firm favourite of keen cooks, current and new.

We are thrilled that we have Ian and Liz Hemphill, owners of Herbie’s Spices in Sydney joining us for June’s Friday Lunch Club class. Over the years, Ian has been a constant source of  inspiration and education and has taught us so much about the use of spices. Learn from the expert himself at this exclusive class and meet Ian’s wife Liz who is the woman-behind next-to-the-man!

SPECIAL INGREDIENT for July 2018 WA Truffles

Join us for a seasonal lunch which includes the mysterious truffle. Learn about how they are grown and harvested. Ryan from The Good Grocer in Applecross will be with us as a fresh produce expert. The menu is being designed and as it’s mid winter Tracey and Bryonie will be showing you how to make light potato Gnocchi which of course is a wonderful partner to the earthy scented truffle. Pleanty of truffle products to taste and learn about….this will be a truffle-fest!


We want to give our clients new ideas on a regular basis. These occasions will provide inspiration along with conversation for nourishing dishes for good home cooking.

‘What’s for dinner?’ is an often heard question. It’s a dream to be able to give you recipes that you’ll go back to many a time and never again be lost for ideas.

I have a beautiful library of my own recipes (lots in my head and some on paper) that I cook for my family and friends. The Friday Lunch Club is where I’ll share this treasure trove with you. You’ll discover what I’m cooking at home for my family!

Each month we’ll use seasonal produce in new recipe ideas that are exclusive to this class. Buying the best that’s available in spring, summer, autumn and winter means your body will receive the nourishment it needs – naturally. We’ll invite guests into our kitchen for you to learn from as each month the class content will be relevant to time of year. This way you’ll get to try a broad variety of produce and we’ll search out fruit and vegetables that are readily available as well as items that have a short season.

It’s going to be fun and educational. A complimentary glass of bubbly on arrival will be offered as a welcome gesture. We look forward to your company.

*FLC is not held in January.
