What do you get when you cross the beauty and perfection of Japanese style with pure Beligian Callebaut Chocolate and Australian flavours? The answer is Nakamura Chocolates – created right here in Perth.

Yuki Nakamura makes every chocolate lovingly by hand. She is gaining international attention as her chocolates are now being consumed in Japan. Nakamura Chocolates has recently opened an establishment in Kyoto.

It all started when her father, upon returning from Paris to Tokyo, brought home a box of chocolates for his 6 year old daughter, Yuki. On that day a lifelong passion for chocolate was born!

Once an adult, after several years in Canada learning what she could, Yuki completed her formal training at Savour Chocolate and Patisserie School in Melbourne. Then moved on to take a position in the kitchen of Choux Cafe in Swanbourne.

Yuki continued to practice and study, honing her skills, designs and recipes. She then treated friends and family to her unique luscious fillings set in exquisitely crafted chocolates and now shares her chocolates with all, opening Nakamura Chocolates. She is now treating our clients to her magic with a Special Event.

Sit back, relax and watch in awe. And if you like, learn beside Yuki as, with her elegant, gracious manner she guides you in the necessary skills. Her wish is that you take home the know-how to craft chocolates in your own kitchen to enjoy with your loved ones.
