The class kicks-off with a glass of bubbly, there’s lots of friendly chatter and new recipes grace the long-table in our kitchen. This meal experience will often include a guest co-host, someone who has a fascinating food story, a primary producer or an expert in their chosen culinary related field.
Choose from a Thursday Evening Dinner or Friday Mid-Day Lunch – The menu will change monthly and each month we’ll cook and serve the same meal during the dinner and lunch class.

We’ll be cooking you a menu to fall in love over. You’ll be swooning over sexy French style washed rind Pont L’Eveque style cheese made with the milk from a herd of Normade Cows in Harvey. The farm has been in the family for 200 years and the cheese was a state winner in the 2018 delicious magazine Produce Awards. Phil and Suzanne Hall will be our special guests for this class. Learn the story of their farm, why they chose this style of cheese to produce and the exciting new projects they are working on.

Wine and Dine
Very excited to have Ed from Tall Timbers in Manjimup join us for an entertaining and informative Wine Tasting. Ed works alongside winemakers in our southwest to promote their excellent wines. He has a world of information about these producers and will be bringing a wine maker along with him to chat to you.
