Relax at this class and let us cook for you!
Each month we’ll present beautiful fresh seasonal produce you’ll love to cook with at home. These are very special occasions that offer unique opportunities for lovers of food and cooking. People who are interested in supporting our hard-working primary producers who provide much of the food we are lucky to have available to us in Perth.
Bryonie and Tracey demonstrate and entertain with their double-act behind the stoves. Watch them sizzle, chop and stir as they create a fresh and ‘cookable’ menu to inspire you.
The class kicks-off with a glass of bubbly and an appetizer, there’s lots of friendly chatter and new recipes grace the long-table in our kitchen. This meal experience includes a Special Guest presentation, someone who has a fascinating food story and grows or makes excellent produce, a Western Australian primary producer or an expert in their chosen culinary related field.
We serve a delicious main course as well as something sweet to finish. All recipes are designed in-house to showcase the featured produce. These Cooks Table Classes have it all!

We are very excited to have Ed from Tall Timbers in Manjimup join us for an entertaining and informative Food and Wine matching class.
Ed works alongside winemakers in our southwest to promote their excellent wines direct from vineyard to consumer at great prices! He is an expert in this field and as a special treat, he’ll be appearing with Bob Peruch from Batista Estate, a wine maker (and so much more) who makes one of Australia’s best Pinot Noirs grown in an un-irrigated vineyard. These two will be a unique double act and we guarantee an entertaining event!

Discover how city-dwellers Jamie and Pippa made the leap from the big smoke to rural Pemberton not so long ago.
They turned a weed-laden paddock into a productive, spray free organic vegetable market garden selling produce to restaurants, locals and visitors to the area.
“We love our food, we love our animals and we love our environment. We believe that what we eat should be the most nutrient dense, healthy and ethically grown and loved food we can consume. We know we feel better and healthier when we consume good food and we want to have others join us and feel healthy and happy in regards to the food they consume.” says Jamie.
Also running Fairweather Dairy Bar which overlooks the spring-fed Pemberton Pool Jamie and his partner Pippa focus on procuring local produce all from within a small radius of the town for customers enjoyment.
If this isn’t enough, Jamie is also a Pemberton volunteer firefighter and he generously imparts his gardening know-how to other wannabe market gardeners and home veggie patch enthusiasts.
