DO YOU KNOW SOMEONE WHO WOULD LOVE THIS ARTICLE? SHARE IT!
We hear you and we know for a fact there are many people in the same situation.
And that’s why we created the Wellbeing Cooking Series, held exclusively at Matters of Taste. We wanted to share evidence based food information from professionals, delivered in a supportive and easy to understand manner.
The 4-class series will clarify, sometimes conflicting eating advice that we are all hearing from scientists, doctors, nutritionists and dietitians.
Combine this understanding with the skill of actually knowing what food to cook as well as how to confidently cook it and you’ll have an informed recipe for healthy success well into the future.
This is what you’ll gain from joining us in the kitchen…
Eating well is like the best superannuation policy you could think of…you will more than reap the benefits in the future. If you are looking for something more than healthy cookbooks offer, being in the same room as people who want to share and empower you to become the healthiest version of yourself is a brilliant place to start. These classes are brimming with ideas using fresh food. You’ll learn many tasty recipes during the practical hands-on segment of teaching in our kitchen.
At the end you’ll decide what’s right for you. This series will be full of ‘ah-ha’ moments, it will challenge you to think why you believe what you do. It will provide hope in the most unexpected ways.
Once you have this vital information you’ll be well on your way to improving your health from the inside-out. We want you to be able to maintain and in fact, relish the change in your diet.
Our very special guest co-presenter joining Tracey in these classes is Amanda Bryce. Amanda is a qualified Nutritionist and Pharmacist who owns and runs her busy business at Melville Shopping Centre, Gerald Burns Pharmacy. Being able to recognize diet from nutritional and medical standpoints, she has assisted many people to improve their wellbeing through teaching them what to eat, with incredibly impressive results.
In each class you’ll enjoy a presentation from Amanda on a relevant dietary topic. She’ll answer many questions about how to eat a diet that is sustainable, keeps your gut healthy and leaves you full of vitality. Read more about Amanda.
Owner and teacher at Matters of Taste Tracey Cotterell and her team will guide you through the hands-on cooking segment. We have especially researched and designed food to really feed your wellbeing. You’ll love the recipes we will cook, discover new and exciting ingredients and enjoy eating dinner around our social long kitchen tables.
