Your FAQs - Southern Forests Food Tour

All of the food and experiences featured on the tour itinerary are included in the tour price (no one goes hungry!) Your accommodation is also included as well as group travel to and from the tour destination and Perth, as well as transport during the tour.

Each tour also includes a welcome event before we leave!

Accommodation is in single rooms unless double or twin-share rooms are requested. For our southern forests tour, we stay at the stunning Karri Valley Resort or comfortable Kingsley Motel depending on the tour. Check your specific itinerary for confirmation.

Breakfast is not included but you are welcome to fuel up in the accommodation’s restaurant before we leave. In the main, hot and cold drinks are not included nor are alcoholic beverages.

Yes. As a Matters of Taste Collective member, you’ll get $100 off your food tour! Just let us know when you register.

Occasionally, changes in service providers are unavoidable and outside our control, therefore may be subject to change. We always strive to present you with the best any destination has to offer at the time of the tour but cannot equivocally guarantee every experience advertised. Of course we are also at the mercy of nature’s will and can be affected by seasonal weather.

Print and complete the registration form and then email or text it to us (you can scan the completed form or take a picture of it with your smartphone). As soon as we receive it, we will contact you with your confirmed booking.

To participate on any of our food tours we will need to sight your COVID vaccination certificate. Minimum necessary is double vaccination. Booster is preferred but not essential.

Close to or on the day of departure, if you have a runny nose, sore throat, cough or are showing any other symptoms of illness, we ask you inform us and refrain from attending. Each situation will be dealt with on a case-by-case manner.

We follow all COVID hygiene protocols and ensure you will be protected to the best of our ability.

Once WA’s borders open, if we are unable to hold the tour due to Government Department of Health enforced COVID restrictions a full refund will be offered.

As we visit many farms, you’ll need a reasonable amount of physical agility to walk across uneven paddocks.

Access to and from the bus is via steps. There is quite a distance between the ground and first step to be aware of.
