I just wanted to tell you how much we are loving the produce box. Although we are not usually home, you delivered ours today to my husband. We unpacked it, loving everything!
I also wanted to let you know that I get so many compliments about my cooking. It’s all you guys! I almost exclusively cook from your recipes now. Please don’t stop!
We buy our fruit and veggies from you and the markets, then we know the money goes to the right people. If we get anything from Coles or Woollies, it only lasts a week at best, but because your produce is so fresh it lasts for much longer and tastes amazing too.
I use a lot of eggs in my home cooking and CharCol Springs are the freshest and oh so tasty eggs. Whatever the farmers are doing, they are doing it right! Won’t buy any other brand now.
First time buying the veg box and I must say, this is the way to shop! Very personal service with obvious care and attention paid to the local offerings.
This service is amazing! I’d much prefer to pick up from Matters of Taste than battle the supermarkets. The fruit and vegetables are so much fresher and have more flavour coming from Manjimup. It’s fun knowing some of the farmers who grow this produce as well having been on your Food Tours down south.
Thanks for providing us with this service, I’m going to continue buying this produce from you long after COVID-19 has gone!
The box has a great variety of produce and that’s what I was looking for. Handy to pick up so close to home.
Love the freshness and my kids are eating so much of it, I’m really pleased. It all has so much flavour and tastes like fresh fruit and veges should. We get two large boxes each week and share it amongst our families.

I thoroughly recommend signing up for the Farmhouse Kitchen Table. Bacon, Bangers And Bread cooking class at Matters of Taste. Making my own sausages was a personal goal that has now been achieved as a result of attending the class. The sausages, roast vegies, bacon and bread were delicious and the cake was absolutely divine. Tracey and Briony delivered a fun filled three hours of delectable learning in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Definitely put this class on your to do list’s menu !

A Saturday morning well spent! Super location, well equipped and a no nonsense teacher taking the class through the steps. Very straight forward clear and concise recipes and all the support you need to make a success of the dishes being done on the day. We did the Curry Opulence. I have been to 7 classes with MoT now. The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and are always willing to give more background/instruction if required. The overall feel is fun, with some light hearted humor. The recipe cards are fantastic keepsakes and have been used many times since. If you want a fun informative evening/afternoon, where you get to learn something, eat a tasty meal, and NOT have to clean up afterwards, I can’t recommend it highly enough!
I have signed up for the 3 day trial For The Cooks Collective. So far it looks fantastic, I am hoping that there will be some great recipes/videos added in regularly

I have just recently visited Matters of Taste for the second time and I can’t wait to go back a third time! My father, sisters and I all go together and have a great time cooking together. You get to meet some great people whilst you cook and best of all you get to eat what you’ve cooked together afterwards. We have completed the Intoxicating Thai and most recently the Dim Sum Chinatown Dumplings. The recipes are so easy to replicate once you return home! I’ll be back!
I visited Matters of Taste on the weekend just gone. I enjoyed the Yum Cha class where we got to make pork buns, fried dumplings and other yummy things. I love to cook and I learnt a lot in this class. I thought Tracey, our cooking instructor was fantastic, she had a zesty sense of humour that added to the experience. I thank my family who bought this experience as a gift for my 40th birthday.
I’ve been doing classes at Matters of Taste for years. My first visit was the house in Bicton. Love it and love the new location. It just keeps getting better.
I attended the Intoxicating Thai session and it was fantastic. Easy to follow instructions and recipes with friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. Very well set up, can’t wait to see the new premises at the next class I’ve booked to attend (Pizza/Pasta/Gnocchi) in July. Thanks ladies for a great morning with delicious food and to my husband Jason who bought me the voucher for the class for Christmas and who I will bring along to the next one! Attended high tea class yesterday with my 13 year old – both loved it. Great mix of hands on + demonstration and the end result was delicious. Best part is they are recipes we can do at home.

Taking part in the pastry making class with Tracey last Saturday at her new premises was fabulous. It is beautifully set out and all staff are so welcoming making it a great day with friends, meeting new friends, cooking and learning new recipes and techniques. I attended the Croquembouche class and had a lot of fun. The end result was delicious 😋 and I learnt of lot of great techniques.

Went there yesterday for my 21st birthday surprised gift with my boyfriend and had a wonderful time learning how to make dumplings and meet some wonderful people. I can’t wait to make it at home. The food was absolutely delicious especially the roasted duck wrapped in rice noodles.
Fantastic experience, Tracey and the ladies make you feel very welcome and you get to share a delicious meal at the end of the class!

Went to the Spanish Tapas class – it was absolutely fantastic. Couldn’t be more impressed. The instructors were friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Everything was explained clearly and there was a good mix of teaching and hands-on experiences. The recipes we learned were absolutely delicious but still achievable at home, nothing overly complex. 10/10
Recently did the Spanish Tappas class and was very impressed. We learnt so much and got to make some incredibly tasty meals that you can easily follow at home. Would highly recommend and make sure you have an empty stomach so you can fit in all the food you cook.
Thanks for the smoking and BBQ class today. The food was amazing! I feel confident that we will be able to recreate the dishes when hubby buys the smoker! Tracey is a great presenter and teacher!

I attended the lamb class in the paddock to plate series and it was like being at a huge family gathering with some informative culinary dinner theater taking center stage! A most enjoyable evening, I thoroughly enjoyed (and stuffed) myself and would highly recommend to others.

I just attended the Vietnamese cooking class and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Food was great, presenters friendly and easy to follow, and fellow participants a good bunch.
Very professionally run class with a great range of food cooked. We went to the Spanish Tapas Class and came away with some great ideas and new flavour combinations to cook at home. We also learnt a new technique for cutting onions which we will be using from now on! Thank you for having us!

OMG!! So much fun, everything was handled well so that the whole evening ran smoothly. Great instructions, wonderful setup. And the FOOD!! Wow! Excuse me, but foodgasms!! Wonderfully planned recipes with taste sensations to make your eyes pop and your mouth water! And plenty of food to go around. I left practically rolling out the door. Absolutely will return one day, with friends! Loved it!
Definitely the best way to expand your cooking repertoire. Such a great crew, setup and it was so much fun to have a glass of wine while we created so many amazing dishes!

For anyone interested in learning scrumptious fresh recipes from experienced chefs, go along to any of the Matters of Taste classes. I’ve done Spanish Cantina & Intoxicating Thai, with another 4 classes booked – both were awesome. I enjoyed learning tips and techniques to get the best out of your produce and overall dish. It’s also a lovely way to meet people and have a laugh, as the atmosphere promotes it. Can’t wait for the next class!

Tracey is a font of knowledge and spends much time explaining food facts while allowing everyone to be ‘hands on’ during the class.
