We buy our fruit and veggies from you and the markets, then we know the money goes to the right people. If we get anything from Coles or Woollies, it only lasts a week at best, but because your produce is so fresh it lasts for much longer and tastes amazing too.

Making my own sausages was a personal goal that has now been achieved as a result of attending the class. I have just recently visited Matters of Taste for the second time and I can’t wait to go back a third time! My father, sisters and I all go together and have a great time cooking together. You get to meet some great people whilst you cook and best of all you get to eat what you’ve cooked together afterwards. We have completed the Intoxicating Thai and most recently the Dim Sum Chinatown Dumplings. The recipes are so easy to replicate once you return home! I’ll be back!
