Apples - Cripps (Bravo)

These Big Red (Bravo) apples come from the Collins Bros farmers in Pemberton. Apple harvesting season is from late summer to autumn depending on weather. Once apples are picked, they are kept in cold storage and sold by demand. Storage facilities for the apples we supply are top quality. Oxygen is simply removed from the coolrooms to stop any further ripening. These apples have great texture and flavour all year round.
