Ultrawhite lamb fat has a lower melting point than other breeds, so the flavour of the meat shines. Similar to Dorper lamb; sweet, tender and so delicious. It's some of the best we've ever tasted.

This stunning property is run by the Ryan family using a unique farming approach. 

To provide sheep year-long grazing on grass, the Ryan's apply biological farming techniques. Fermented compost, made on site, is enriched with naturally occurring ancient minerals.  

This regenerative approach is paying off with rich multi-species pasture thriving and offering significant soil carbon sequestration. There's plenty of natural water sourced from the property's large lake, so irrigation by a huge pivot keeps robust, nutrient rich feed available 365 days of the year.
