Christmas Cranberry Sauce 320gm

Here's a really good, Aussie made, Cranberry Sauce from the Regimental Condiment Company based in Victoria.

If you've tried their Dijon mustard, you'd know these blokes know what they're doing; I love their products.

If you are glazing your ham using my recipe, you'll need a jar of this as well as Vino Cotto. 

Ingredients: sugar, cranberries (34%), citric acid, fruit pectin, water added.
