Fruit - Grapefruit Ruby each

Ruby red grapefruit with its stunning vibrant colour and classic sweet/sharp, musky and slightly herbal flavour is grown in WA's south west citrus orchards.

Winter is citrus season and these fruits supply us with the much-needed Vitamin C to boost our immune system throughout the colder months.

Eat not only for breakfast, but segment and include in salads. Especially great with chicken and pork, seafood, pineapple, watercress, blue cheese and avocado (not all in one dish I must add!).
