Ready-made - Greek Pie Spanakopita serves 4-6

Handmade by L's Kitchen in O'Connor; Eloise learned the recipe from her Greek Yiayia (grandmother). It's pretty darn delicious!

This pie is full of the goodness of fresh spinach and a special mix of cheese, encased in light flaky filo pastry. Ready cooked and frozen for your convenience.

Defrost in fridge overnight.

Pre-heat oven to 180C. Remove vacuum sealed bag and place pie in oven in foil container. Heat for 15 to 20 minutes.

Otherwise, heat from frozen using same method for 40 to 45 minutes until hot.
