clean green juice
ingredients for 700ml
300gm/1 x medium continental cucumber
150gm green capsicum flesh
400gm green apples
20gm fresh parsley leaves and stalks

Chlorophyll in this juice is useful in treating foot odour, bad breath, B.O. and skin problems. This assists your insides with fabulous anti-oxidants but whole fruit still needs to be included in your diet as juicing removes the essential fibre your body needs.
tracey’s favourite green smoothie
ingredients cold from fridge for 700ml
100gm ripe pear, core and stalk removed
50gm green capsicum flesh
60gm ripe avocado flesh
50gm continental or lebanese cucumber
30gm spinach leaves
250ml almond milk
5gm fresh ginger
1 Tbsp lime juice
6 x ice cubes
