Early winter in the Southern Forests farming community, the heat of summer is long gone and the countryside is lush, preparing itself for the cool revitalizing months ahead.

Still, sunny days, cool evenings and crystal-clear air, this tour refreshes and revitalizes. Among the towering karri trees, around tranquil waters and all over this region of gently undulating land, there something quite magical going on.

If you are curious about where your food comes from, join us! Meet genuine farmers who delight in showing us around their properties, sample produce just picked from tree branches and immerse yourself on an adventure in the great outdoors.

Stellar Southern Forests wines, great coffee and many unique meals made with care and the freshest ingredients you can imagine, fascinating local history and culture, entertaining story-telling farmers all come with their trademark welcoming country hospitality.

Over the past few years, we’ve developed relationships with Southern Forests primary producers and locals alike, they love meeting us as much as we do them. We are fortunate to have gained exclusive access to many farms and businesses to make this a one-of-a-kind experience.

Developing a deeper connection and pride in what this region produces enriches our understanding and fosters appreciation. The south-west of Western Australia is a pristine corner of the world and we’d be delighted to show you around. The Southern Forests along with the people, have a special place in our hearts.

As past tours have shown, we arrive wide-eyed and hungry for adventure and leave as unofficial ambassadors with a deeper connection to the land and people of the Southern Forests region.

” The care taken to create this spectacular tour is so appreciated. The generosity of everyone was outstanding and the joy of sharing experiences, just lovely. Thank you to you both for forging amazing relationships and for enabling all of us to experience so much.” Helen

“This was a real eye opener. Southern Forests have so much to offer – and more to discover! All beautifully organised by the fab MoT crew and ran very smoothly. So glad to have gone on the tour.” Nicky and Tony

“Absolutely delightful tour. Anthony and Tracey were outstanding tour guides, Anthony East’s local knowledge was an invaluable contribution and meeting the local producers, like gold. Plus the food, wine, coffee and produce was outstanding. What a great experience!” Bonnie

“An amazing tour, beautiful areas and an absolute must for anyone who wants to taste ‘real’ food and see how committed our local farmers and producers are to ensuring we receive a quality product. Tracey and Anthony were wonderful tour guides, bus driver and all round lovely people to spend time with. Hearing about the history of the area and about the people who now work the land, from a local, was an added and absolute gem of a feature. Thank you to everyone involved.”  Geraldine and Peter
