Veg - Asparagus Bunch 150gm

150gm new season asparagus from Gingin.

Snap off any woody ends and cook in salted boiling water for a couple of minutes. Or toss with olive oil and salt and grill on a cast iron grill or the BBQ for 3 to 5 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred but still having a bite to them.

Storage TIP:  refrigerate with stalks in water and a plastic bag covering them.
