Chicken - Breast 2pk approx. 700gm fresh free range

Chicken breast is the leanest cut of chicken. It's tender and succulent when cooked right. 

Pan fry, stir fry, wrap in bacon and roast or cut into strips to add to risotto towards the end of cooking.

Always rest the cooked breast for 5 minutes on a warm covered plate, however it's been cooked. This ensures the meat relaxes and retains as much moisture as possible.
