Boneless skinless thigh meat is the most versatile of chicken cuts being part of the leg muscle. It has a slightly richer flavour than breast and is much less likely to dry out especially when cooked on direct heat.

Suitable for marinating and grilling whole on the BBQ, pan frying or serving in a sauce. Cut strips and stir fry.
