Lake Janis Farm 100% grass fed Jersey beef 2 x fillet steak 

This 100% grass fed beef has high marbling (although less in the fillet as it does little work), soft texture and outstanding flavour from slow growing animals. The meat contains healthy Omega-3 and fat content is high in beta-carotene and Vitamin D. This is possibly the healthiest beef raised in WA! 

You won't find Lake Janis Farm grass fed beef in the supermarkets!

This stunning property is run by the Ryan family using a unique farming approach. 

To provide their Jersey steers year-long grazing on grass, they apply natural biological farming techniques. Ferment compost made on site is enriched with naturally occurring ancient minerals.  

This regenerative approach is paying off with rich multi-species pasture thriving and offering significant soil carbon sequestration. There's plenty of natural water sourced from the property's large lake, so irrigation by a huge pivot keeps robust, nutrient rich feed available 365 days of the year.


A long and lean muscle, this is the most tender cut of beef available. The tenderloin is the source of tenderloin steak or filet mignon, and is a component of the T-Bone and scotch fillet steaks. With little or no fat or connective tissue the fillet is best suited to portioning into steaks for pan-frying and barbecuing or strips for stir-frying.
