Great all rounder; can be stewed to enjoy on your morning Really Good MOT muesli, included in winter fruit pie filling or poached in light sugar syrup with a cinnamon stick, star anise and couple of cardamom pods. Delicious for lunch with a hunk of sharp cheese.
