  • The Growers and Makers

Behind every bite of great food is someone who grew it with care. On our Southern Forests tour, you’ll meet people who are real Australian heroes -farmers, producers and innovators dedicated to working with the land, not against it. From regenerative growers to best practice beef farmers and visionary bakers, each has a powerful story to share. These are the people shaping the future of food, and you’ll get to hear their stories firsthand.

  • Warmth and Country Charm

Not many get the chance to step behind the scenes, but on this tour, farmers happily open their gates and lives to us. We’re welcomed onto private properties, into sheds and kitchens, and even to dinner tables overlooking orchards and lakes. The Southern Forests region is breathtaking - rolling hills, towering karri forests, fresh breezes and clear skies. Combined with the warmth of the people we meet, it’s a place that leaves a lasting impression.

  • From the Source, With Skill

This is food at its most authentic - straight from the source and prepared with the kind of care that only comes from understanding its origins. We share thoughtfully cooked meals in rustic shearing sheds, eat sourdough made from spent malt, and feast on nutrient-rich produce grown just metres from the table. Every dish is a celebration of season, place and skill, made all the more special because we know where it came from.
