Lamb - Mini Rump Roast fresh 500gm
Mini Rump Roast is perfect for 2 to 3 people and so quick to cook. Buy and cook two rumps if you have 4 to 5 people to feed.
COOKING GUIDE - Pre-heat oven to 190°C. Place oven proof frying pan over medium heat. Rub lamb with a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Sear in hot pan for a minute or so, turn and repeat so all exterior is coloured. Place in oven for 20-25 minutes for rare, 25-30 minutes for medium-rare, 30-40 minutes for well done. Remove from oven, cover pan with foil and set aside to rest for 15 minutes.
Use a thermometer to judge doneness.

- Medium rare 60–65°C
- Medium 65–70°C
- Medium well done 70°C
- Well done 75°C
