Pork - Bacon free-range 500gm

Our favourite 100% Australian bacon from Modo Doro in O'Connor.

Did you know that over 80% of pork sold in Australia is imported? This is partly why we choose Mondo Doro as our preferred supplier of cured meats as they guarantee all pork is Australian. Their bacon is not sitting in a pool of brine but is perfectly cured. We love it.

For best cooking results, place frying pan over medium-low heat for 3-5 minutes. Pat bacon dry with absorbent kitchen paper. When pan is hot add a little olive oil and fry bacon. If the bacon is dry, there's less likelihood of it sticking to stainless steel pans.
