In 2017, the Halls Family Dairy team of Philip, Suzanne and Tavis began a brave cheese journey. After much family discussion, they decided to make their very unique and special artisan cheese Hall’s Suzette available to consumers. 

Made exclusively with the premium milk of their pure-bred Normande cows, Suzette is a soft washed rind cheese, styled on the French classic, Pont L’Eveque. Made to a traditional recipe, and in an 8-inch square block, Suzette reflects the authenticity of a true French cheese. 

This cheese is available to you in a neat 100gm pack, of pure cheese-lovers delight!

Having won many awards, this local artisan cheese is one of the best in Western Australia. Offered to discerning diners on some of Perth's finest restaurant menus, you can now enjoy this divine cheese at home.
