Beef - Skirt Steak 750g fresh

A lesser known, yet totally delicious beef cut from just below the ribs, between the brisket and flank.

Perfect for the BBQ, quick cooking and so tasty. Season well with salt both sides and rub with olive oil.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Place on pre-heated BBQ 180C to 200C and close lid. cook for 3 to 5 minutes each side, turning once, until cooked to your liking. Test using your fingertips to calculate doneness.

Rest steak on warm covered plate for up to 10 minutes. Cut thin slices across the grain - easily seen on this cut of meat. Look at the fibres in the photo.
