Ultrawhite lamb fat has a lower melting point, so it's mild and less gamey than other breeds. Similar to Dorper lamb, the meat is sweet and delicious it's some of the best we've ever tasted!

This stunning property is run by the Ryan family using a unique farming approach. 

To provide their sheep year-long grazing on grass, they apply biological farming techniques. Ferment compost made on site is enriched with naturally occurring ancient minerals.  

This regenerative approach is paying off with rich multi-species pasture thriving and offering significant soil carbon sequestration. There's plenty of natural water sourced from the property's large lake, so irrigation by a huge pivot keeps robust, nutrient rich feed available 365 days of the year.
