What to do with Chive and Garlic Butter

  • Melt a knob of C&G butter in a hot baked potato
  • Serve your next steak topped with a good smear of C&G butter
  • Fry thickly sliced, seasoned mushrooms in C&G butter, and serve with garlicy juices on warm toast.
  • Stuff Chicken Kiev with C&G butter
  • Fry prawns in C&G butter and toss with La Delizia Lab's fresh cooked pasta, roasted cherry tomatoes and spinach.
  • Make kick-ass garlic bread using Big Loaf Demi-Baguette and C&G butter
    Cut deep slits into the baguette, about 2.5cm apart (don’t cut all the way through the loaf) and place the bread on a large piece of foil. Using a rounded ended knife, generously spread room temperature C&G butter inside each slit. Wrap bread in foil, loosely folding over the top and bake in pre-heated 180C oven for 12-15 minutes. Then open the top of the foil to expose the bread and bake for a further 5 minutes to crisp the crust.
