Used where recipe requires thickened or double cream or to simply dollop!

Once thickened cream is whipped, it will not loose it's shape if left in bowl for any length of time (unlike whipping cream).

Use to make custards or desserts with a thicker consistency. Can be used in sweet or savoury dishes.
