Dry-cured 2-pck mild Chorizo sausage, handmade to a traditional Spanish recipe. Slice yourself. Great for grazing boards, in a sandwich or as part of an after-school snack. This sausage is divine sliced and pan fried for a couple of minutes each side, until golden. Serve with lemon wedges to squeeze. Delicious accompanied by pan fried Haloumi as well.
