Apple harvesting season is from late summer to autumn depending on weather. Once apples are picked, they are kept in cold storage and sold by demand.

Storage facilities for the apples we supply are top quality. They simply remove the oxygen from the coolrooms to stop any further ripening.

These apples have great texture and flavour all year round.
