Cheese - Burrata 100gm

Handmade mozzarella curd and cream filled mozzarella ball from La Delizia Laticcini in East Victoria Park.

Serve in centre of large platter of cooked pasta with fresh tomato sauce. Cut and allow filling to melt into pasta.

In summer, serve with room temperature sliced tomatoes, fresh basil and drizzle with good extra-virgin olive oil and salt flakes.
