I've been using Chef's Choice Creamy Coconut Milk for years in classes and at home, recommended to me about 20 years ago by  a chef who was working with David Coomer when he was running the hugely popular, Star Anise in Shenton Park.

This is a high-quality  and consistent creamy coconut that's used in many cuisines.

Made from the pure extract of fresh coconut flesh, which is then blended to create a smooth and creamy consistency. This coconut milk is known for its rich and authentic flavour, with a natural sweetness and a hint of tropical aroma.
