Scotch fillet is also known as boneless rib eye or rib fillet. One of Australia's most popular Aussie steaks thanks to its juicy tenderness and rich, meaty flavour.

This stunning property is run by the Ryan family using a unique farming approach. 

To provide their Jersey steers year-long grazing on grass, they apply biological farming techniques. Ferment compost made on site is enriched with naturally occurring ancient minerals.  

This regenerative approach is paying off with rich multi-species pasture thriving and offering significant soil carbon sequestration. There's plenty of natural water sourced from the property's large lake, so irrigation by a huge pivot keeps robust, nutrient rich feed available 365 days of the year.

BEEF

This 100% grass fed beef has high marbling, soft texture and outstanding flavour from slow growing animals. You'll notice the fat colour is quite yellow, this is high in beta-carotene and Vitamin D and the meat contains healthy Omega-3. This is possibly the healthiest beef raised in WA! 

You won't find Lake Janis Farm grass fed Jersey beef in the supermarkets!
