Couscous - Giant Mougrabieh 1kg

Cortas Giant pearl couscous.

Cook (like pasta) in plenty of boiling salted water for about 25 minutes, until cooked through and soft. (No chalky centre).

Great to add to soups, or cook and use with sauces in place of pasta.
