Couscous - Toasted (Israel) 400gm

Simply cook like pasta in plenty of salted rapidly boiling water for 9 to 10 minutes, until tender. Drain and coat with a little olive oil to prevent sticking. Serve hot.

Otherwise rinse under cold water to halt the cooking process, drain well and drizzle with olive oil. Toss with lots of raw, grilled or roasted vegetables and baby spinach or rocket leaves. Dress with vinaigrette.

Ingredients: flour and water. Contains gluten.
