The beautiful spices and herbs of galangal, garlic, lemongrass, tamarind - are mixed with quality peanuts to create an absolutely divine creamy satay sauce.
Use Satay Peanuts to add a magnificent zing to your stir fry veggies with any meat or tofu, as a dipping sauce for the famous street food, satay chicken sticks or a marinade for your BBQ, grilled or baked deliciousness.
Add on pizzas, wraps, burgers or your favourite cheese toastie. Excellent served on grilled chicken satays, BBQ meats or tofu skewers. This sauce is excellent as a marinade or stir-fry with meat, vegetables or noodles. Mix with 1 cup of yoghurt or coconut yoghurt for a delicious dip or salad dressing. The perfect sauce for a delicious gado gado salad. Moreish on its own or dolloped on top of absolutely anything you desire!
Recipe here. I'd suggest using chicken thighs to make a Satay Chicken. Do not add water as suggested in the Turban Chopsticks online recipe. - Tracey.
