INGREDIENTS : Onion, tomatoes, Australia Canola Oil (GMO free), raw sugar, lemongrass, garlic, galangal, coriander, basil, salt, chillies, fresh roasted spices, black pepper, turmeric powder, vinegar and kaffir lime.

Product does not contain shellfish or fish sauce.

Recipe here Make a chicken curry with 2cm diced chicken thighs or add chunks of white fish fillets and simmer in sauce for just 4-5 minutes. 

Tracey's notes

  1. Do not add water as stated on recipe to curry.
  2. Add up to 2Tbsp fish sauce.
  3. Only simmer curry for 5-6 minutes, or up to 8 minutes if veggies such as carrots have been added.
  4. Add 2Tbsp lime juice to curry at end of cooking. 
  5. Optional - very finely chop about 4 kaffir lime leaves and sprinkle over curry on serving.

Substitute meat for tofu and veggies. Eggplant, corn, capsicum, snow peas, broccoli, cauliflower are great vegetable additions to this curry. Add the veggies in varying times, to create different texture profiles in your curry.
