Breakfast Cereal - Really Good Granola 500gm

Made-fresh-to-order in Perth and chocca full of the good stuff. This super-fresh, paleo style granola will fill you up, and keep you satisfied for longer with all the great natural protein in the components.

A little goes a long way, unless you become like me, as I'm totally addicted! It's great eaten as a mid afternoon pick me up or scattered over a bowl of MOT's Really Good Muesli with seasonal fruit, Bannister Downs Dairy milk and Greek yoghurt. Try the frozen banana bites recipe below, it's a great one and super-easy.

It becomes extravagant if used as a cereal with nothing else... but who am I to tell you how to eat your granola!

Granola contains nuts.

INGREDIENTS: Cashews, almonds, pecans, puffed buckwheat, dried cranberries, pepitas,  sunflower seeds, coconut chips, chia seeds, coconut oil, secret spices, salt and a little rice malt syrup.

During the warmer months try my Squished Frozen Banana Bites for a refreshing after school snack;

• Cut a medium size banana into 12 equal slices.
• Place on non-stick paper lined tray. Using flat-based glass press each slice gently to squash to about half the thickness.
• Mix a little The Greek yoghurt with honey to sweeten and spoon on top.
• Scrape a pea sized blob of peanut butter.
• Top with a sprinkle of granola.
• Freeze for 30 minutes (or longer).
• Eat from frozen.
