Herb - Coriander approx. 100gm

A generous bunch of fresh locally grown coriander. Great value (double the amount supermarkets sell)!

Store in fridge. Place roots in water in a jar. Cover coriander plants with plastic bag and secure with elastic band around jar. This will prolong life of soft herbs like coriander.

Soak in sink of cold water for 20 minutes before storing to rehydrate.

TIP: Use cleaned roots and stalks, chopped finely, in a stir fry with crushed lemongrass, grated ginger and garlic for delicious base to fry chicken, beef or veggies.
