Joe, who is the mastermind behind Con Gelato, Perth's funkiest gelato brand has created a Choc-Hazelnut Spread without any nasties. This is a concentrated flavour, so a little goes a long way (that is if you are controlled enough to just have 'a little'!).

Joe says" Each of these jars is meticulously crafted “a mano” by hand, using traditional artisanal techniques. Our process involves a slow and careful churn in our stone grinders, incorporating the finest local and imported ingredients. Each jar is a labour of love, passion and dedication to the craft."

A FEW IDEAS ON HOW TO USE apart from spooning it straight from the jar!

• Spread on white sliced bread for a decadent treat.
• Cut a warm croissant in half and fill with this spread.
• Whip into cream to decorate desserts - think layered Mille Feuille or on top of a pavlova with mango and passionfruit..
• Try adding to the mascarpone cream for a tiramisu with extra pazazz.
• Mix into a no-bake cheesecake to add an incredible flavour
• Drizzle over vanilla ice cream.
• Add to icing for cakes.
• Fill mini pastry shells and top with berries.
