For your enjoyment, we recommend brewing your new favourite herbal tea using the following recipe:

2.5g (1 teaspoon) of loose leaf tea or 1 teabag per cup
240ml near boiling filtered water
Steep for 3 to 6 minutes or longer if you enjoy a bolder flavour
Remove flowers and fruit to prevent further steeping
