Vinegar - Sherry (Spain) 750ml

The most luscious sherry vinegar from SPAIN. Sorry, but the Spanish do it so well. 

Great in vinaigrettes (such as my Cooking School Vinaigrette recipe below) and to deglaze pans when cooking chicken and pork especially, or even add a drizzle into sauces to give a bit of sharpness (especially good with rich cream sauces). 

Matters of Taste Cooking School Vinaigrette 

1½TbsTbsp sherry vinegar
1tsp Dijon mustard
80ml extra virgin olive oil
1gm (pinch) salt flakes
pinch cracked black pepper

Place all ingredients in twist top jar. Seal with lid. Shake for 20 seconds or so, until emulsified. Store in pantry for up to 6 months.
