It’s live – and we couldn’t be more excited to invite you in. This Thai Something New! class is all about big flavour, clever techniques and the kind of kitchen confidence that comes from watching it all come together in real time. The menu’s been designed so you’ll learn plenty – and walk away thinking “I can absolutely cook that at home.”

Expect an entertaining night with plenty of laughs, a few surprises (it is live, after all), and all the tips and kitchen know-how we share as we cook. Let’s just say… when Tenina Holder and I get together, delicious things are always on the cards.

The Australian Professional Skills Institute is a specialized, multi-purpose training facility with a dedicated ‘restaurant’ and open kitchen venue. Prepare to enjoy yourselves comfortably seated at tables with a huge demonstration bench in full view for Tenina and I to create spectacular dishes in front of you. Plenty of FREE Parking on Moore Street.
