Tracey, a professionally trained chef from the UK, began her career running her family’s gastro-pub kitchen in West Sussex. After relocating to Perth, she held senior roles in catering before founding Matters of Taste in 1997. Over the years, she has taught more than 80,000 students, sharing her expertise and passion for seasonal, fresh produce.
Anthony is the quiet achiever behind the scenes – although you’ll often spot him front and centre behind the wheel of the tour bus. Raised on a family farm in Kojonup, WA, Anthony brings a grounded understanding of the land and its rhythms, along with a practical, get-it-done attitude that keeps everything running smoothly.
Together, Anthony and Tracey design and host immersive food tours across Western Australia and beyond, offering participants unique insights into regional farming practices and food production, as well as a chance to meet with dedicated farmers and makers.
