What are Perth City Limits Tours?
Our Perth City Limits tours are our delicious one-day food discovery experiences around Perth and Fremantle, personally hosted by us, with behind-the-scenes access, tastings and plenty of stories along the way.
Where do your tours start and finish?
Our tour bus picks guests up at the central location of Barrack Street Jetty in Perth at the Tourist Bus Stop – guests start their experience by the water, and we drop them back to the same location.
Can City Limits vouchers be used on any City Limits tour?
Yes – City Limits Single and Double vouchers can be redeemed on any available Perth City Limits tour, subject to availability.
We recommend booking early, as our tours are small and dates can fill quickly.
Can City Limits vouchers be used on multi-day tours?
City Limits Single and Double vouchers are designed specifically for our Perth City Limits day tour category.
If you’d like a voucher for our wider range of tours, including regional and multi-day experiences, we recommend choosing an Open Value Voucher.
How does the Open Value Voucher work?
Simply choose the amount you’d like to gift.
The recipient can then use it:
- in full toward a tour, or
- as part payment toward a higher-value experience
It’s the most flexible option if you’d like them to choose their own adventure.
How long are vouchers valid for?
All gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of purchase.
Do I need to choose a tour date now?
No – vouchers are not tied to a date.
The recipient can choose their preferred experience and available date when they’re ready to book.
How will the voucher be delivered?
After purchase you’ll receive an email which includes a beautifully presented digital voucher along with information about Matters of Taste’s tours all in a handy ready to print PDF. You can then forward this email to the recipient when liked.
The other option you have is to print the digital voucher and tuck into a birthday/special occasion card. IMPORTANT: please print the actual email as well – it includes the all-important voucher number and expiry date which the recipient will need to make a booking.
Can I buy now and give it later?
Absolutely.
Many people buy ahead of birthdays, Christmas or celebrations and choose when to pass the voucher on.
Can the recipient transfer the voucher to someone else?
Yes – if plans change, just contact us and we’ll happily assist.
Why do you need the recipient details?
We ask for the recipient’s details so we can help them use the voucher. If it hasn’t been redeemed after six months, we may send a friendly reminder and invite them to join my Sunday email, where they can see what tours are coming up and stay in the loop. Rest assured, we never add anyone to our mailing list or use their details for marketing unless they choose to subscribe.
What if tour prices change in future?
Vouchers retain their original purchase value.
If the chosen tour costs more at the time of booking, the difference can simply be paid during checkout.
